The invention relates to a meat slicer capable of reducing the residual meat after meat blocks are cut into thin slices. Meanwhile, the meat box for accommodating meat blocks is arranged to adopt a cantilevel structure and the box body itself can be detached, thereby facilitating the maintenance thereof. The meat slicer comprises a base station, a cutter part arranged on the base station, a reciprocating movement device arranged on the base station and a transfer part arranged on the reciprocating movement device for accommodating meat blocks. The reciprocating movement device reciprocates along the cutting face of the cutter part relative to the cutter part. The transfer part moves toward the cutter part at a prescribed distance. In the transfer part, a belt arranged between a driving roller and a driven roller is set to be a flat belt to reduce the mount of the residual meat. In addition, the transfer part adopts the cantilevel structure of a cantilevel rod, thus is easy in disassembly and assembly. |
