The embodiments of the present invention provide a method, a device and a system for handling network failure, for achieving the establishment of an out-of-band network management channel in a wireless manner, carrying management and control information about the network. The method includes: receiving address information about the network device accessing the wireless network; according to the address information about the network device, obtaining failure information about the network device via the wireless network; and handling the failure for the network device according to the failure information.
