PURPOSE: A rise and fall type product taking out device is provided to take out a lollipop from lollipops which are randomly loaded to a product outlet one at a time with one rise and fall action. CONSTITUTION: The inner side of a rise and fall type product taking out device is hollowed as an enclosed type. An opening (12) is formed on one side of the rise and fall type product taking out device. A housing (10) comprises a hopper (11) which is filled with a lollipop on the top end surface. A leader member (20) is installed on the lower end part of the hopper as a form of a pipe which can be raised and lowered. The leader member forms an opening and closing means (22) which opens and closes a top opening (29) and includes a connecting ground unit (23) which is installed on the lower side of an outside wall surface. Top and bottom limit switches (31,32) are installed at the top and bottom inside the housing. A belt driving unit comprises a driving belt (43) which is supported and installed in the inner side of the housing along the leader member and is interlocked with a driving motor (M). The driving belt raises and lowers the leader member to the location which is grounded to the top and bottom limit switches by being combined to a connecting ground unit. The opening and closing means operates so that the lollipop placed on the top opening of the leader member is took out to the opening of the housing after passing the inside of the leader member by self-weight when the connecting ground unit fixed on the leader member is close to a top limit switch.
