PURPOSE: A design system for the flex ray network and a method thereof are provided to automatically produce the design result for each speed, thereby providing the produced result in a program type. CONSTITUTION: A display unit (120) displays the standard related configuration information which uses the inputted setting variable value through a user interface (UI) window. An input unit (100) receives a value of at least four setting variables of the UI window. A control unit (110) determines the configuration possibility of a flex ray network control system by using the inputted value. If the determination result shows the configuration of the flex ray network control system to be possible, the control unit controls the display unit to display the configuration information. If a user selection command is inputted through the input unit, a storage unit (130) stores the configuration information.
