PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a precise molecular mass by accurately extracting a multivalent ion peak from a mass spectrum even in the case where only two or three kinds of multivalent ions of different valence are generated from a target compound.SOLUTION: When a plurality of multivalent ion peak candidates of different valence are obtained which are estimated as target compound based, a mass chromatogram is created in the vicinity of a hold time T1 of a target compound in a mass/charge ratio m/z of each multivalent ion peak candidate, and the created mass chromatogram is displayed on a display screen while being overlapped. For the multivalent ions based on the same compound, peaks in similar shapes having peak tops in the vicinity of the hold time T1 should appear in the plurality of mass chromatograms. Therefore, a user confirms the displayed mass chromatogram and can easily determine whether target compound based multivalent ions are combined (a) or not (b). |
