PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stair baseboard which is easily assembled, with excellent appearance.SOLUTION: A stair baseboard includes a vertical baseboard 5 composed of a front vertical baseboard component 5a and a rear vertical baseboard component 5b which is independent from the front component 5a. The front vertical baseboard component 5a has a top edge which is arranged corresponding to the end face of a tread 2. The rear vertical baseboard component 5b is backward slidably arranged at the rear surface of the front vertical baseboard component 5a, in a state that the top edge is arranged corresponding to a facing part 27. The slide allows the rear edge of the rear vertical baseboard component 5b to come in contact with a riser 3. |
