PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for cracking boiled egg shells which cracks boiled egg shells by applying vibration and impact to boiled eggs, and is capable of forming uniform cracks in the entire shell of the egg.SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 for cracking boiled eggs is provided with an egg transfer conveyor 5 having a transfer piece 4 for transferring an egg E along the longitudinal direction of the inside of a chute having a cross-section of U-shaped gutter shape. The apparatus is disposed on a vibrating stand 3 capable of vibrating the chute. In the vibrating stand, two vibrating motors 7 are mounted while crossing each other in cruciform so as to obtain vibration in the vertical direction as well as in the horizontal direction thereof. |
