PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery management system, delivery management method, and delivery management program by which efficient delivery is carried out while reducing cost, by effectively using planned delivery service.SOLUTION: When an additional delivery request is received from a branch terminal 10, a control section 21 of a delivery management server 20 performs a process of calculating a cost of a new extra delivery, and delivery service candidates are retrieved from data about delivery service plan by using a retrieval condition for an additional delivery. If there are any available delivery services and there is still room for loading, the control section 21 performs the process of calculating the costs of using these delivery services. If an extra delivery service request button and an available delivery service are present, the control section 21 transmits selection screen data including a delivery service selection button and the cost, to the branch terminal 10, and shows the data on the display. |
