PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input system, an input method and an input program capable of improving operability in the input system including a touch panel.SOLUTION: An input system includes: a front display unit 11a and a rear display unit 11b capable of displaying a front display screen and a rear display screen as superimposed; a touch panel 10 having a contact detection surface 10a superposed in front of the front display unit 11a and the rear display unit 11b; a determination unit 12a that determines a type of an input detected by the contact detection surface 10a; and an input control unit 12b that receives the input detected by the contact detection surface 10a as an input corresponding to an operation image displayed on the front display screen or an input corresponding to an operation image displayed on the rear display screen on the basis of the type determined by the determination unit 12a.
