PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mobile communication system which can enhance accuracy in allocating a channel to a mobile station in a handover destination radio base station.SOLUTION: A mobile communication system comprises a mobile station, a handover source radio base station of the mobile station, and a handover destination radio base station of the mobile station. The mobile station comprises means for transmitting radio quality information between the mobile station and the handover destination radio base station to the handover source radio base station. The handover source radio base station comprises means for transmitting the radio quality information to the handover destination radio base station.
