PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved developer preparing technology and device for shortening a blending time, and for increasing a yield in a process of mixing an appropriate amount of toner with a carrier, packing a mixture in a container, and sealing the container.SOLUTION: A device includes: a first loader for dispensing a predetermined amount of toner particles to a container; and a second loader for dispensing a predetermined amount of carrier particles to the same container. A sealer seals the container. An acoustic wave mixer mixes a mixture with a resonance frequency of the container, the toner particles and carrier particles. |
