PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for coloring a lens by which a colored film can be easily formed on a lens surface.SOLUTION: A method for coloring a lens 60 includes a colored film forming step for discharging, toward the lens 60, a functional fluid including material of a colored film 80 as droplets, applying the functional fluid to a face of the lens, solidifying the applied functional fluid, and forming the colored film on the lens. In the colored film forming step, an ultraviolet curable ink 80a including material of the colored film is discharged toward the lens as the droplets, the ultraviolet curable ink is applied to the face of the lens, and the applied ultraviolet curable ink is irradiated with ultraviolet rays. |
