PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a winding for a transformer having a high degree of coupling with a simple coil configuration, and to provide a transformer including the winding, and a power converter including the transformer.SOLUTION: A transformer 1 includes a winding 3 laminating a plurality of unit laminates 2 formed by laminating a primary coil 5 that is formed by winding a thin planar rectangular wire spirally two turns, and a secondary coil 6 of one layer and one turn consisting of a flat metal plate material, and a core 4 of magnetic material to which the winding 3 is attached. The primary coil 5 and the secondary coil 6 of the unit laminate 2 are laminated while being arranged along the rectangular wire of the primary coil 5 so that half turn of the secondary coil 6 is sandwiched between the first turn and the second turn of the primary coil 5.
