PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program and apparatus for orthodontic simulation for simply and correctly allows a patient to obtain an image after correction.SOLUTION: The control part 41 of the orthodontic simulation apparatus 1 sets the face photograph and oral photograph of a patient as original images to be used for a simulation, based on the orthodontic simulation program. Relation with respect to the dental arch of the original image and linkage between the face photograph and the oral photograph are preset before the performance of the simulation. Teeth to be corrected are selected, deformed, and moved. Then, an image is processed thereby to allow not only the selected teeth but also teeth and gum within a linked area to be in a moved state by following. Thus, a prediction image is generated. |
