PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent burrs from being generated in a molding obtained after punching out a profile.SOLUTION: A press working method is provided for punching out a molding material 2 to thereby obtain a molding 1. The method includes: a half punching step of performing a half punching working in a reverse direction of a punching direction with respect to a molding portion 3 of the molding material 2; a flash step of performing a flash working with respect to the molding portion 3 obtained after the half punching working; and a separation step of pushing the molding portion 3 obtained after the flash working in the punching direction and separating it from the molding material 2. |
