The present invention relates to the field of pharmaceutical chemicals, and provides a sterols derivative, and a preparation method and purpose thereof. Specifically, the present invention relates to a compound shown in formula I, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein R1 is selected from -OH, =O, H, and alkyl group containing one to three carbon atoms; R2 is selected from -OH, H, and alkyl group containing one to three carbon atoms; R3 is selected from -OH, =O, H, and alkyl group containing one to three carbon atoms; R4 is selected from -OH, H, and alkyl group containing one to three carbon atoms; and any 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4 of R1, R2, R3 and R4 is -OH. The compound of the present invention can effectively suppress HMG-CoA reductase, tumor cells, and lipase, and has the potential of being used as tumor-reducing or anti-tumor medicine or diet pills. |
