The device has a receiving electronics for receiving alarm signals (9) that are transmitted from a central unit or intermediate stations, related to nature of an event, and signals related to time upto occurring of the event. The device is provided in form of an enclosed, moisture-proof housing (1). Light displays (4-6) i.e. LEDs, and a light band (7) display the received signals. A vibration device is activated by alarm release. An activatable positioning code (8) is used for territorially locating the device. The housing is supported at an arm by a wrist band (3).
