PURPOSE: A printed circuit board which has a heat radiation structure and a light emitting diode (LED) lamp including the same are provided to improve the life time of a lamp by including a circuit unit and a heat radiation fin unit. CONSTITUTION: A substrate body is formed of a metal material. A circuit unit mounts an LED on the front side. The circuit unit forms a circuit wire (222). A heat radiation fin comprises a path having a concavo-convex shape. The path having the concavo-convex shape is bent several times in zigzags.
