PURPOSE: A hand drier is provided to increase the operating life of the product by having a transform unit of the motor power. CONSTITUTION: A hand drier (100) generates a fixed amount of dried wind and ejects it outside the main body to dry the wet hand by the ventilation fan (310) and the ventilation motor (320) within the main body according to the control of the control unit (700) after flowing outside air in the main body through an inlet (410). The hand drier comprises a transform unit of the motor power (600) that supplies DC power to the blower motor after rectifying the commercial AC power flowed into the main body to generate the dry power. The transform unit of the motor power comprises a rectification unit which rectifies the commercial AC voltage to the DC voltage; a switch (620) which supplies the switching in a time-sharing method of the DC voltage; a filter unit which converts the discontinuous high DC voltage supplied from the switch into the successive DC voltage; and a power control unit (660) which controls the turn-on rate and control cycle of the time-sharing of the semiconductor switch.
