PURPOSE: A structure to prevent a lap and diagonal belt webbing from trapping for a vehicle is provided to prevent injuries of a passenger in an accident of the vehicle by inserting a seat belt webbing into a seat belt webbing cover connecting hole of a seat belt webbing cover. CONSTITUTION: A structure to prevent a lap and diagonal belt webbing from trapping for a vehicle comprises a rear seat back frame joint (100), a seat belt webbing guide support wire (600), a support panel (200), a protector webbing pinch (300), and a seat belt webbing guide cover (400). The seat belt webbing guide cover is installed in a seat belt webbing cover installing hole through a seat belt webbing cover connecting hole (410) to be moved. The seat belt webbing guide cover is connected to the support panel and an upper part of the protector webbing pinch. An upper protrusion of the protector webbing pinch connected to the upper part of the support panel is inserted into the seat belt webbing cover connecting hole.
