PURPOSE: A device for object pose estimation and a method thereof are provided to affect a dynamic object tracking result by using a static object identification result and to resolve a tracking drift problem which arises during an object tracking process. CONSTITUTION: An object input unit (10) inputs an object to an object tracking unit (20) and an object identification unit (30). The object tracking unit obtains the tracking pose probability density of the object based on a tracking method. The object identification unit obtains the identification pose probability density of the object based on a training model. A connection unit (40) obtains the estimated pose probability density of the object by combining the tracking pose probability density and the identification pose probability density, and estimates an object pose of the object based on the estimated pose probability density.
