摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A high-purity bearing steel manufacturing method and high-purity bearing steel by the same are provided to fundamentally block of AL2O3 inclusion fatal to fatigue life by not deoxidizing with Al. CONSTITUTION: A high-purity bearing steel manufacturing method comprises: a step of deoxidizing molten bearing steel with Si; and a step of obtaining the bearing steel containing 0.50-1.20 wt% of C, 0.15-2.00 wt% of Si, 0.05-0.45 wt% of Mn, 0.025 wt% or less of P, 0.025 wt% or less of S, 0.10-1.60 wt% of Cr, 0.003 wt% or less of Ti, 0.01 wt% or less of N, 0.01-0.30 wt% of Ce, 0.001-0.3 wt% of V, and the rest of Fe and unavoidable impurities by adding Ce alloy iron without deoxidizing with Al after deoxidizing with Si. The oxygen of the bearing steel is 5 ppm or less. The maximum grain size of the inclusion contained in the bearing steel is 63μm.
