<p>PURPOSE: An enameling steel sheet having no surface defect and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to be continuously casted with high productivity and to prevent generation of a surface defect such as a fish scale defect and a void defect. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an enameling steel sheet having no surface defect includes following steps. A slab is manufactured by including 0 to 0.005 wt% of carbon, 0.1 to 0.5 wt% of manganese, 0 to 0.03 wt% of silicon, 0 to 0.03 wt% of phosphorus, 0 to 0.02 wt% of sulfur, 0 to 0.03 wt% of aluminum, 0 to 0.015 wt% of copper, 0 to 0.005 wt% of nitrogen, 0.05 to 0.3 wt% of chromium, 0.03 to 0.2 wt% of vanadium, 0.01 to 0.03 wt% of oxygen, iron, and foreign substances. A hot rolled steel sheet is manufactured by hot rolling after re-heating the slab to a temperature of over 1200°C. The hot rolled steel sheet is wound at a temperature of over 550°C.
