摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A molten galvanizing steel plate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure excellent binding performance in extremely low temperature with high corrosion resistance and image clarity. CONSTITUTION: A molten galvanizing steel plate comprises a matrix steel sheet (11), a complex layer (12), a blocking layer (13), and a galvanized layer (14). The matrix steel sheet is used as a thermal steel plate, a cold rolled plate, an annealing steel plate. The complex layer is formed between the matrix steel sheet and the blocking layer, and contains 50-90 weight % of Fe and transition metals and 10-30 weight % of AI. The blocking layer is formed on the complex layer, and contains the metallic compounds. The galvanized layer is formed on the blocking layer, and the diameter of crystal grain is less than 150μm.</p>
