摘要 PURPOSE: A device for controlling the equal pressure and the back pressure of a blast furnace lower hopper and a method using the same for the equal pressure and the back pressure of the blast furnace lower hopper are provided to progress a charging process without delay. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling the equal pressure and the back pressure of a blast furnace lower hopper comprises a first selector (110), an equal pressure operator (120), a second selector (130), a back pressure indicator (140), a third selector (140), an equal pressure controller (160), and an equal pressure indicator (170). The first selector selects one of measured values of blast furnace top gas pressure. The equal pressure operator measures first differential pressure which is a difference of the inner pressure and the top gas pressure of a blast furnace. The second selector selects one of measured inner pressure values of the lower hopper measured at a plurality of positions. The back pressure indicator delivers the inner pressure of the lower hopper from the second selector. The third selector receives the first differential pressure from the equal pressure indicator, thereby selecting one of the differential pressure values. The equal pressure indicator controls opening of a secondary equal pressure value. The equal indicator measures second differential pressure which is a difference of the pressure of the lower hopper and an increasing pipe.
