PURPOSE: A nourishing meal for a patient is provide to supply a nourishing meal for a patient which has a diarrhea deterrent effect and a high nutrient for an emergency patient, a patient of an intensive care, and a high-risk group patient. CONSTITUTION: A nourishing meal for a patient to suppress diarrhea comprises 0.5-1.2 weight% of soybean fiber and 0.2-0.8 weight% of oat fiber to the total weight. A nourishing meal for a patient to suppress diarrhea includes further indigestible 6-15 weight% of maltodextrine and 0.04-0.1 weight% of magnesium chloride.
