The caliper has brake application device and caged roller bearings supported pivotable lever (4) which is formed in support areas as an eccentric (13). A rolling roll (9) provided opposite to lever is held with molded cage returns (14) having rolling roll holder (12) and is secured axially and radially, so that rolling roll holder is fitted to outer surface of rolling roll engaging support element.
