Coating for stents

摘要

The covering has an antithrombotic and a plate aggregation hemmer. The antithrombotic is a direct acting thrombin inhibitor and/or a direct acting Xa-inhibitor. The antithrombotic is hirudin or polyethyleneglycol hirudin. The plate aggregation hemmer is iloprost. The antithrombotic and the plate aggregation hemmer are incorporated into a carrier, preferably a polyacetamiide.
