PURPOSE: A method for culturing, isolating, and storing cells from a biological sample is provided to easily obtain, culture, and store a large amount of fresh cells from a tissue or fat. CONSTITUTION: A method for culturing a large amount of cells comprises the steps of: contacting a biological sample containing cells with a culture support, and culturing the cells; overlapping the cell-cultured support with other culture support; culturing the cells adhered on the overlapped culture supports; separating the overlapped culture supports; and repeating the steps n times.
