PURPOSE: A workbench for processing a hole in a thrust pad is provided to rapidly process a hole in a plurality of thrust pads by perforating a front side, a rear side, an upper side, and a lower side of the thrust pad using a drilling machine on an upper part of the thrust pad while rotating a rotator at 90 degrees. CONSTITUTION: A workbench (A) for processing a hole in a thrust pad comprises a body (10), a rotator (20), a moving block (30), and a fixed plate (40). The rotator is rotatably connected between lateral plates of the body and rotates in the body according to the drive of a motor. The moving block is connected to face each other on the rotator and supports the front and rear surfaces of the thrust pad by moving forward and backward through the rotation of a screw. The fixed plate is connected to a lower part of the moving block and supports the lower surface of the thrust pad.
