<p>Provided are a controller (30) for vehicle controlling a temperature state of a storage device, especially enabling effective temperature rise of a storage device (20) from a low-temperature state, and a vehicle including such a controller (30). The controller (30) for vehicle includes: a driving motor, first storage device that exchanges electrical energy with the driving motor (10); temperature detection means that detects a temperature of the first storage device; second storage device that exchanges electrical energy with the first storage device; and an electric power converter that controls exchange of electrical energy between the first storage device and the second storage device. When the temperature detection means detects a temperature lower than or equal to a predetermined value and the driving motor (10) performs a regenerating operation, the electric power converter supplies electrical energy of the second storage device to the first storage device.</p> |
