PURPOSE: A power supply apparatus for a submarine is provided to enable the supply of high-capacity power, to extend the service life thereof, and to remarkably expand a work space. CONSTITUTION: A power supply apparatus for a submarine comprises a fuel cell system (100), a fuel supply system (200), a control part (400), and a battery (300). The fuel cell system generates electricity through an electrochemical reaction by receiving fuel from the fuel supply system and converts the generated electricity into power to supply the power to the control part. The fuel supply system has a fuel tank (201) for supplying fuel to the fuel cell system. The control part supplies the required amount of power generated from the fuel cell system to a submarine and supplies the residual power to the battery. The battery is charged with the power supplied from the control part and supplies the charged power to the control part when the power supplied from the control part to the submarine is insufficient.
