<p>PURPOSE: A polarized light device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize thickness deviation and transmittance dissemination at more than 45% of transmittance and to supply the polarized light device with an excellent modulus. CONSTITUTION: A polarized light device has more than 45% of transmittance and less than 0.3% of transmittance dissemination. A manufacturing method of the polarized light device is to swell, exhaust, wash, and draw a polyvinyl alcohol film, and to draw the polyvinyl alcohol film in 0.35-1 of draw magnification during washing.</p> |
