PURPOSE: A spindle motor is provided to prevent a vibration of a surface direction vertical to a rotation shaft by vibrating a rotor case and a rotation shaft. CONSTITUTION: A spindle motor includes a stator assembly (200) and a rotor assembly (100). A rotation shaft (110) is combined with the center and a rotor case (130) combined with a rotor magnet (120). The stator assembly includes a bearing unit (210) rotatably supporting the rotation shaft and an armature (220) combined with an outer surface of the bearing unit. The armature is composed of a core assembly (230) and a coil (240) wound on the core assembly and a side of the core assembly is combined with an outer surface of the bearing unit while being inclined at a predetermined angle.
