PURPOSE: A mixer for a tire mixing process is provided to improve a workplace by improving an efficiency of a dust collection of a mixer body, to secure a product quality by re-injecting a drug to an inside of the mixer, and to save a waste treatment cost by minimizing dust collection amount. CONSTITUTION: A mixer for a tire mixing process comprises the following steps: rubber, all kinds of raw materials, and a drug are put into an inside of a mixing domain (2) through a hopper door (1) opened and closed; and a raw material and a drug sprayed through a dust collection unit (5) connected with an inside of a mixer body (10) are collected, when a rubber and a drug put into by a RAM (4) in which an ascent and a descent operation are made by a cylinder (3) are mixed inside the mixing domain. A mixer for a tire mixing process, in which an ascent and descent cylinder (6) operated by corresponding to an inner pressure of the mixer body in a top of the dust collection unit is installed, comprises an air purge unit (8) connected to an air tank (7) infusing an air to an inside of the dust collection unit.
