The element (1) has a conical-shaped shaft (4) arranged at a plate (3), and a clamping sleeve (5) arranged in the shaft and made of metal or high-strength plastic material. The shaft surrounds an outer surface of the clamping sleeve. The clamping sleeve comprises a slot (6), and is provided with multiple apertures (7) and/or projections (11). The shaft and/or the plate are made of plastic material or glass fiber reinforcement. The outer surface of the clamping sleeve is over-molded with the material of the shaft during manufacturing the element.
