PURPOSE: A porous implant fixture and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to be used for a dental implant fixture and to improve bonding power between an implant and bone tissue. CONSTITUTION: A porous implant fixture is as follows. The porous implant fixture is a sintered body prepared by electrically discharging titanium coated with hydroxyapatite or titanium alloy powder. In the central part of the sintered body, a core is formed. On the surface of the porous implant fixture, hydroxyapatite is deposited. |
