PURPOSE: A solar cell is provided to maximize cell efficiency by forming a first part and a second part having different resistance on a back surface field layer. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor substrate (10) has a first conductive dopant. An emitter layer has a second conductive impurity. A back surface field layer is formed on the back surface of the semiconductor substrate. A first electrode (24) is electrically connected to the emitter layer. A second electrode (34) is connected to the back surface field layer.
