The wall unit has a rigid shell (1) with an orifice closed by a flexible shell (2) in original configuration of the wall unit. The shell (2) has an inner zone (20) at the centre of the orifice and has a gripping unit (31) to detach the zone by tearing the shell (2) along an annular fragile line to place the wall unit in operational configuration. The unit (31) is formed by a tab integrated to a rigid ring (32) adhering to the zone.
