<p>PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase an encapsulation effect by alternatively laminating an inorganic layer and an organic layer. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting diode is formed on a substrate. A seed layer (13) covers the organic light emitting diode. The seed layer is made of a first inorganic material. A first organic layer (14) is formed on the seed layer and is made of an organic material. A first inorganic layer (15) is formed on the first organic layer and made of a second inorganic material.</p> |
