摘要 PURPOSE: A wheel switching method for a four-wheel drive vehicle is provided to minimize wheel switching malfunction and vehicle impacts by switching the driving modes after removing the difference in rotation speed between the front and rear wheels. CONSTITUTION: A wheel switching method for a four-wheel drive vehicle comprises the following steps; confirming a driver's command to switch the driving mode of a vehicle into a four-wheel drive from a two-wheel drive (S10); separately measuring the rotation speed of the front and rear wheels when confirming the driving mode switching command of a driver (S20); comparing the rotation speed of the front and rear wheels (S30); adjusting the rotation speed of the front and rear wheels to be equal according to the comparison (S40); and to begin the driving mode switching operation using a transfer case (S50).
