MULTILAYERED CARBON FILTER BLOCK, FILTER FOR WATER PURIFICATION USING THE SAME AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A multi-layer type activated charcoal filter block for cylindrical cartridge filter and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to be very excellent in terms of capacity of the channel, a loss of pressure, and the lifespan of the filter and has excellent removal rate of residual chlorine due to the different density gradient of the particle layer. CONSTITUTION: The multi-layer type activated charcoal filter block (10) is formed by laminating multiple unit of activity charcoal blocks (11, 12, 13) which has different density from the outer peripheral surface to the inner peripheral surface direction. The unit activated charcoal block is one selected from the group of the fiber activated carbon block, the granular activated carbon block and the powdered activated carbon block. One selected from the group of the fiber activated carbon, the granular activated carbon, and powdered activated carbon is coupled by a binder to be each unit activated carbon block.
