<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To naturally guide a user to a prescribed exit position without disturbing user's smooth passage, and further to prevent two or more users from simultaneously passing through together when they simultaneously enter by controlling a user's passing direction in the gate device. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of slide shutters 10a to 10h disposed side by side are provided in the gate device 1, opening/closing control of the slide shutters 10a to 10h restrains users passing through in the gate device 1 from moving to a right or left direction with respect to the passing direction of the users in the gate device 1 to form a passageway guiding from the entrance to a partial region of the exit, and the passageway is made to guide the users to the prescribed region of the exit by adjusting the shape of the passageway to thereby control the users' passing direction in the gate device 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
