PURPOSE: A method of separating carbon dioxide from the exhaust gas which contains carbon dioxide is provided to have high dissolution rate by being dissolved to the low temperature of deep sea water and cost cheap for the operation compared to the absorbing method in high pressure by compressing with the conventional compressor. CONSTITUTION: A method of separating carbon dioxide from the exhaust gas which contains carbon dioxide comprises the following steps. A step of processing the exhaust gas which contains carbon dioxide that was cooled in the cooling process; a step of supplying the cooled exhaust gas including carbon dioxide to the lower part of the absorptive tower by being upwardly returned to the packed layer (3) of the absorptive tower (2) and being supplied to the exhaust gas suction apparatus (5); a step of removing carbon dioxide from the exhaust gas as the carbon dioxide contained to the exhaust gas is absorbed to sea water by supplying the sea water to the upper portion of the packed tower to contact the exhaust gas and ejecting the exhaust gas which removed carhon dioxide to the air by being sent to the chimney (6) through the upper section of the absorbtive tower; a step of absorbing carbon dioxide to the seawater and dissolving it by ejecting the seawater which abosorbed and dissolved carbon dioxide to the lower part of the absorption tower; a step of separating carbon dioxide in the deep ocean floor by ejecting the sea water which absorbs and dissolves carbon dioxide to the deep ocean floor.
