PURPOSE: A solar cell module including a bypass element is provided to minimize the size of the solar cell module by forming the bypass element in the back electrode of a solar cell. CONSTITUTION: Solar cells (110) receive sunlight to generate current. The solar cell includes a substrate (101), a back electrode (102), a light absorbing layer (103), a buffer layer (104), and a transparent electrode (105). A bypass element (150) electrically connects the back electrodes of adjacent solar cells. The bypass element is bonded to the back electrode by soldering. The back electrode is protruded from the light absorbing layer. |
