PURPOSE: A silicon polymer composition is provided to be easily manufactured and molded, and to be commercially used to various fireproof materials. CONSTITUTION: A silicon polymer composition includes 100.0 parts by weight of a silicone compound base, 10-20 parts by weight of a carbon black master batch, 1-3000 ppm of a catalyst for a side reaction, and 5-20 parts by weight of an organohydrogen polysiloxane containing two or more Si-H bonds. The silicon compound base resin includes 50-70 wt% of a polymethyl vinylsiloxane resin, 10-30 wt% of a silicon dioxide, and 10-30 wt% of a quartz powder. The BET of the silicon dioxide is 100-300 m^2/g.
