PURPOSE: A fax message send-receive apparatus with a footnote reply function, a method thereof, and a recording medium readable by a computer thereof are provided to perform a reply transmission corresponding to a fax message without any printout procedure by synthesizing the fax message with an image which shows an additionally written footnote. CONSTITUTION: A security list information database (209) maps and stores the original information of at least one transmitter who transmits a fax message and the user terminal information of a receiver who registers the original information. A caller information confirmation unit (204) confirms the receiver information of a fax image which is received through a communication network interface unit (201) by using the information which is stored in the security list information database. A transmission processor (205) transmits the received fax Image to a user terminal of the transmitter information of the received fax image and to the mapped user terminal of the receiver.
