PURPOSE: A spindle motor is provided to prevent the separation of a rotation shaft and a yoke by increasing the extraction force of a rotation shaft combined with a yoke of a rotor. CONSTITUTION: A spindle motor (600) includes a bearing assembly (100), a base plate (200), a stator (300), a rotation shaft (400), and a rotor (500). The bearing assembly includes a bearing (110) and a bearing housing (120). The stator is placed around the bearing housing and includes a core (310) and a coil (330) wound on the core. The rotation shaft is included in the bearing. The rotation shaft includes a yoke (510) including a yoke boring unit combined with the rotation shaft and a magnet (520) placed on the yoke. A first adhesive groove (410) is formed along an outer surface of the rotation shaft touching a yoke boring unit (514) and stores adhesive. The first adhesive groove is formed in a ring shape in a radius direction of the rotation shaft. A second adhesive groove (420) is connected with the first adhesive groove and stores the adhesive.
