A method, apparatus and system for adjusting configuration of a spectrum resource are provided. The method for adjusting configuration of a spectrum resource includes: sending, by a first access network device, a first message to a second access network device, where the first message carries first indication information, the first indication information indicating an adjustment quantity of physical resource blocks PRBs in a first cell that are adjusted by the first access network device; and receiving, by the first access network device, a second message sent from the second access network device, where the second message carries second indication information, the second indication information indicating adjustment positions of PRBs of a radio link that are adjusted by the second access network device according to the first indication information. The technical solutions provided in embodiments of the present invention facilitate improvement of usage efficiency of resources. |
