PURPOSE: A lower end plug with a debris filter for a double-cooled nuclear fuel rod is provided to form a mesh-type inlet port on a side, thereby allowing cooling water to be smoothly supplied. CONSTITUTION: A lower end plug with a debris filter for a double-cooled nuclear fuel rod comprises an inner water channel main port (601) which is formed at the central portion of the lower end plug to let cooling water flow through; a debris filter device (604) which prevents debris from flowing in; and an inner water channel side port (602) which is formed at an upper circumferential surface of the lower end plug, and has a mesh structure.
